Abstract
Scale a graph and predict exactly where its key points land.

What you will be able to do
- 01Apply vertical and horizontal stretches and compressions
- 02Reflect graphs across the x- and y-axes
- 03Combine all transformations in the form y = a f(b(x - h)) + k with correct order
Translations slide a graph rigidly; now we resize and flip it. A stretch pulls a graph away from an axis (or a compression squeezes it toward one), and a reflection flips it across an axis. The same inside/outside master rule still governs everything: factors outside the function scale or flip the -values as written, while factors inside scale or flip the -values inversely.
