Privacy Policy

This page explains what Dr. Shreyank Educare does with your information — described from what the product actually does, not boilerplate. We collect only what is needed to run the learning service and to bill paid plans.
What we collect
- Account details — your name, email, grade, and role, so you can sign in and we can tailor courses.
- Learning records — the questions you answer and the mastery you demonstrate, saved to your account when you are signed in.
- Subscription status — which plan you are on and your invoice history (never your card details).
- Basic usage analytics — a random id and non-identifying events (which page, which course), first-party only.
Kept only on your device
Your practice evidence, mastery, chosen theme and preferences are saved in this browser (localStorage). They stay on your device unless you are signed in and a feature explicitly saves them to your account. You can clear them anytime in Settings.
Providers we use
We rely on these processors. Ones marked optional are used only when that feature is turned on.
Stores your account (email, name, grade), the learning records saved to your account, and any files you upload. Your sign-in session is kept in a cookie.
Card details are entered on Stripe and never reach our servers. We store only your subscription status and invoice history.
Standard server request logs (such as IP address and browser) needed to deliver the site.
If you choose Google sign-in, Google verifies your identity and we receive your email and name. Not used unless you pick it.
When an AI feature is turned on, the relevant lesson or question text — and, for AI-graded responses, the answer you submit — is sent to the configured provider to generate or grade content. Your account identifiers are not sent.
Teacher-authored lesson text is sent to generate narration audio or video. No student personal data is sent.
Loads the Desmos calculator in your browser when a graphing tool is shown.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking. Our analytics are first-party: they record only a random id and a small set of non-identifying events (which page, which course) — never your name, email, or your answers.
- We never send your written answers or uploaded test documents to a third-party analytics service.
Students under the age of majority
Many of our students are under the age of majority. During sign-up, an account for a minor requires a parent or guardian to consent. We ask only for the information needed to run the service.
Your choices and data
You can view and edit your account details in Settings. To request a copy or deletion of your account data, email hello@drshreyankeducare.com. Cancelling a plan is done from Account & billing; access continues to the end of the billing period.
