By using Dr. Shreyank Educare you agree to these terms. They are written plainly and describe how the service actually works.
1. What this service is
Dr. Shreyank Educare provides curriculum-aligned tutoring and self-study learning support. It is not an official school, university, or ministry-approved course, and it is not a replacement for official credit.
2. No guaranteed outcomes
We help you find your gaps, learn, and prove mastery with honest evidence. We do not and cannot guarantee any grade, mark, or exam result.
3. Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. An account for a minor requires parent or guardian consent.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from Account & billing; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Current prices are shown on the Pricing page.
5. Acceptable use
Use the platform for your own learning. Do not copy, resell, or redistribute lessons, questions, or solutions, and do not attempt to disrupt or misuse the service.
6. Content
Lessons, questions, and explanations are our original content, provided for your personal learning. Reference materials are used privately and are never redistributed.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to these terms
